Salary: $163,800 – $204,700

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise data product portfolio.
• Lead product discovery initiatives with business units, marketing, sales, and enterprise stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Guide the delivery of scalable data products, including customer data platforms (CDP) and Customer 360 solutions.
• Partner with technology teams to influence architecture, governance, and AI capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and executive-level communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics, or technical product leadership.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams of data professionals.
• Strong technical foundation with professional experience using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-grade data product strategies and scalable analytics solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
