What you will do

• Perform comprehensive silicon bring-up, functional validation, and electrical characterization.
• Conduct system-level validation of high-speed SerDes interfaces and PHY/MAC functionality.
• Develop validation automation and perform data analysis using Python or Matlab.
• Collaborate with design, firmware, and software teams to ensure robust, production-ready silicon.
• Validate interoperability, protocol compliance, and overall silicon performance across diverse operating conditions.
• Perform analog validations on amplifiers and silicon photonics components.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in High Speed IO testing, debugging, and validation.
• Strong understanding of high-speed SERDES, equalization techniques, and PCIe protocols.
• In-depth working knowledge of test equipment including Scopes, BERT, and Network analyzers.
• Strong lab skills with hands-on experience in system bring-up, testing, and debug.
• English: Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, SAS, or SATA SERDES.
• Extensive knowledge of physical and protocol levels (PIPE I/F, PCS, MAC).
• Ability to read board schematics and layout.
• Knowledge in SERDES modeling techniques.
