What you will do

• Lead the development of new technologies and sensing systems for gamepad and simulator portfolios.
• Design and evaluate concepts, architectures, and components based on performance, user experience, and manufacturability.
• Develop prototypes and specialized tools to validate and characterize sensing solutions.
• Oversee full-system development from concept to mass production, including hardware, firmware, and algorithms.
• Conduct Design Reviews, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Engineering Verification Tests (EVT).
• Collaborate with multi-competence engineering teams in a multi-site global environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
• At least 9 years of development experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Proficiency in analog sensing system design and ARM Cortex-M series MCU architectures.
• Experience with peripheral interfaces (ADC, DMA, SPI, I2C, UART) and programming in C/C++.
• Proficiency in OrCAD and Python.
• High fluency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Statistical Tolerance Analysis, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, DOE, and 8D.
