What you will do

• Drive revenue and profit growth by converting innovative supplier ideas into commercial success.
• Coordinate the supplier innovation program and act as an Innovation Business Partner for specific market segments.
• Identify emerging technologies through comprehensive supplier market research.
• Manage the Supplier-Enabled Innovation (SEI) pipeline and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Establish value-based supplier agreements that share innovation risks and rewards.
• Facilitate early supplier participation in the product development process.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Solid knowledge of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and Economics.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in Procurement (1-2+ years) with a track record of leading innovation initiatives.
• Proficiency in e-procurement and spend analytics tools.
• Training in Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Technologies.
