What you will do

• Drive the innovative vision and design strategic ML solutions for various products and platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, encompassing design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Develop production-ready machine learning code and extend existing ML libraries for a next-generation real-time platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to accelerate model development and integrate algorithms at a very large scale.
• Mentor team members, establish technical direction, and foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure technical rigor and operational excellence by building resilient and scalable systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
• 7+ years of programming proficiency in Python or Java.
• 5+ years of experience in leading the design and architecture of large distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with distributed data and ML technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark, SageMaker).
• Proven experience as a mentor or tech lead for engineering teams.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience in ML.
• Experience dealing with real-world large-scale datasets.
• Prior experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large models.
• Experience developing ML optimization techniques using PyTorch and CUDA.
