What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists to transition machine learning models from development to production.
• Develop and maintain scalable data and model pipelines for efficient workflows.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of ML models.
• Monitor post-deployment model performance to ensure long-term reliability and quality.
• Optimize infrastructure to improve latency and throughput of AI-driven solutions.
• Work within a cross-functional team to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Experience deploying ML models in production on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools for ML (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker).
• Experience with ML platforms like VertexAI, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Proven ability to monitor and maintain models in production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with data processing frameworks, particularly Apache Beam or Dataflow.
• Expertise in performance and cost optimization (latency, throughput).
