What you will do

• Act as a key legal advisor for the global institutional business, trading, and P2P platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues and structure sophisticated crypto financial products.
• Analyze and manage risks associated with digital assets utilized by institutional clients.
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures governing institutional and P2P operations.

Requirements

• Law degree and eligibility to practice as an advocate.
• Senior lawyer with 7+ years of experience in a law firm, digital assets firm, or top-tier financial institution.
• Proven track record in institutional trading operations, preferably within the digital assets sector.
• Experience negotiating and drafting lending/credit, account control, and custody agreements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment.
