What you will do

• Lead complex cross-brand IT integration projects across infrastructure, workplace, collaboration, IAM, and security.
• Assess IT environments of acquired companies and translate findings into pragmatic, phased integration roadmaps.
• Drive the standardization of group-wide IT services while balancing local needs and legacy constraints.
• Collaborate with local IT leaders and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Establish and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and steering committees.
• Contribute lessons learned to global IT reference architectures and integration playbooks.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, especially in multi-stakeholder or integration-heavy environments.
• Proven experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI).
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT: infrastructure, networks, cloud, workplace, IAM, and security.
• Experience with hybrid PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Fluency in English.
