What you will do

• Manage campaign schedules and project workflows using Monday.com.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across FB/IG ads, Google ads, and eDM.
• Develop creative briefs and T&C based on Growth team direction.
• Monitor and optimize deliverable performance to ensure sustainable growth.
• Standardize operational procedures and best practices for the marketing team.
• Analyze market competitors and consumer insights to refine marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must.
• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Canva for visual content creation.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and in fast-paced environments.
