What you will do

• Generate and submit purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confirm all orders and subsequent deliveries, reconciling shipments, manifests, and damaged items.
• Respond to worldwide expedite requests, including pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations.
• Monitor demand and supply to develop planning and scheduling strategies.
• Negotiate favorable terms and long-term contracts (PLA) with partnership factories to secure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with QA and Engineering departments to resolve quality issues and manage ECN/EOL activities.

Requirements

• Ability to serve as the primary contact window for partnership factories.
• Experience in timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of outsourced products.
• Capability to implement cost reduction programs without compromising quality.
• Skills in resolving shipment and invoicing issues with warehouses and Accounts Payable.
