Growth Marketer (DTC)

Location: On-site in Hong Kong. Must have the right to work locally

What you will do

• Plan and execute paid acquisition strategies (Meta and other channels) to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Own the strategy and execution of organic social and content across multiple platforms.
• Produce and edit short-form video content designed specifically for conversion.
• Conduct structured growth experiments across the full funnel, from initial click to repeat purchase.
• Collaborate with founders on CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
• Engage directly with customers to gain insights and sharpen marketing instincts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing (strong fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome).
• Proven hands-on experience in paid acquisition and managing budgets to drive results.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Must have the right to work locally in Hong Kong.
• Practical application of AI in daily workflows, including building automations or agentic workflows.
• Analytical or technical academic background is preferred.

Nice to have

• Strong video editing abilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
