Sales Representative - Home & More - South and Eastern Europe (m/f/d)

Location: Prague 8, Czech Republic; frequent travel within South and Eastern Europe required.

What you will do

• Define and drive the growth strategy for Home and emerging categories across South and Eastern Europe.
• Lead sell-out initiatives and provide market insights to retail partners and internal teams.
• Deliver product and sales training for retail staff and support ongoing development of local sales teams.
• Identify and scale best-in-class in-store execution practices with sales, marketing, and retail architecture teams.
• Analyze competitive positioning, consumer behavior, and market trends to recommend country-specific strategies.
• Partner with regional and global leadership on commercial initiatives, influencer activation, and strategic brand development.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the juvenile industry, ideally in Home and related product categories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Commercial experience with a proven sales track record.
• Strategic, analytical, data-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Nice to have

• Brand, manufacturer, or retail experience in juvenile products and related categories.
• Knowledge of one or more South and Eastern European languages.
