What you will do

  • Act as a frontline first responder for critical equipment failures across Ocotillo fabrication facilities to restore production rapidly.
  • Execute scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Apply systematic diagnostic techniques and root cause analysis to identify malfunctions and prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze and address sources of equipment-related defects and process variability to enhance fab yield.
  • Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to develop and improve maintenance specifications and SOPs.
  • Utilize process control systems to monitor equipment performance and maintain process stability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • Possess a High School Diploma with 2.5-4+ years of related experience, OR an Associate degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of related experience, OR military technical experience.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs, climb ladders, and wear an air respirator according to safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and complex engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a Compressed Work Week (CWW) schedule.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience in advanced node semiconductor manufacturing within a production environment.
  • Prior experience in emergency response roles.
  • Knowledge of process control systems and integrated circuit fabrication.
