What you will do

• Own content initiatives across client campaigns, testing new formats and angles to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Build and manage direct relationships with creators and influencers to source high-quality content partners.
• Write and iterate on hooks and creative briefs based on performance data and signals.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify winning trends and feed insights back into creative direction.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Media Buying, and Creative teams to align influencer output with campaign targets.
• Monitor platform trends and creator behavior on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.
• Proven track record of sourcing and managing influencer relationships that deliver high-performing content.
• Strong ability to use performance data to inform and iterate on creative decisions.
• Deep fluency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and current creator formats.
• Proficiency with creator sourcing and tracking tools (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, UpPromote).
• English: C1+ required (all business conducted 100% in English).
