Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day centre operations and supervise staff service delivery in the WorkBC Centre.
• Coordinate with leadership, employers, and community partners to support integrated service delivery.
• Manage staff recruiting, onboarding, training, and annual performance reviews.
• Conduct one-to-one coaching, training, and case conferencing meetings with staff.
• Ensure a person-centred, culturally safe, and inclusive environment.
• Guide team members to meet Key Performance Measures (KPMs) and employment outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising teams of 10 or fewer people.
• Demonstrated skill in delivering performance feedback and implementing management practices.
• Must successfully meet all criminal record processes identified by the Ministry and hirify.global.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience working in WorkBC or similar employment-focused programs.
• Knowledge of the local labour market, community resources, and government social service programs.
• Degree or diploma in career development, social work, psychology, sociology, or HR management.
• Bilingualism in French and English or proficiency in a second language.
• CCDP designation.
