𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐢𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠) | 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞
Our client, a fast-growing iGaming operator, is looking for a Country Manager to take full P&L ownership of one of their key markets (Europe, Turkey, or Canada). This is a high-autonomy role with direct reporting to the CEO/COO.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:
Full market P&L responsibility
Oversee traffic, product, payments, and reputation
Build and lead a local team from scratch or scale an existing one
Coordinate with HQ functions (Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, Tech)
Drive affiliate, influencer, and partnership strategies
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
3+ years in iGaming (affiliate, traffic, product, or country ops)
Strong understanding of .com economics (CAC, LTV, NGR, revshare)
Experience scaling in Europe, Turkey, or Canada
PSP/payment infrastructure knowledge
Team building and KPI management experience
Analytical mindset and dashboard proficiency
Experience with affiliate platforms (Affise, Tune, Cellxpert)
Upper-intermediate English
Experience with streamers and influencers
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
Crypto payments
Responsible Gaming and compliance
BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Crisis communications and review platforms
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:
Direct access to C-suite
Full GEO ownership with dedicated budgets
