What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the hardware design team.
• Translate design requirement documents into comprehensive design architectures.
• Collaborate with multi-sited product development teams to integrate deliverables for production release.
• Own all aspects of assigned design areas, including feasibility studies, design, verification, and debugging.
• Solve complex technical issues and drive projects to completion according to the schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems design (integrated electrical circuits, servers, etc.).
• Deep technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design.
• Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity issues, and power distribution techniques.
• Hands-on experience measuring and characterizing high-speed digital signals.
• Proficiency with Cadence CAD design tools, specifically Orcad and Allegro.
