What you will do

• Architect and ship cloud-native solutions on AWS, translating business requirements into working software.
• Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Vue, Python, and TypeScript.
• Engineer Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and conversational interfaces via hirify.global Bedrock.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using emerging protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Champion AI-powered development workflows using agentic IDEs and coding assistants to accelerate delivery.
• Mentor customer engineering teams on architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building full-stack applications.
• Hands-on expertise in frontend (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue) and backend (TypeScript, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
• Proven experience integrating Generative AI or LLM capabilities, such as RAG and agent workflows.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development workflow.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns.
• Knowledge of vector/Graph databases, embedding pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Background in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and identity protocols (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, hirify.global ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog).
