What you will do

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on project sites while performing active installation duties.
• Install and configure complex system designs, including rack and enclosure build outs, panel terminations, and IP device installation.
• Coordinate with project management and site supervisors to maintain job schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain detailed site documentation via OneNote, including work records, project issues, and site inventory.
• Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting for access control and CCTV systems.
• Act as the primary senior field supervisor, coordinating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience installing access control and video surveillance cameras in large-scale commercial environments.
• Proven experience supervising, training, and coaching other technicians.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot ACS, CCTV, and intercom systems.
• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam, and Adobe Reader.
• Ability to interpret project drawings, BOM lists, and Programming Matrices.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain security clearances (e.g., DCJS, TS Clearance).

Nice to have

• Lenel certification.
• Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
