What you will do

• Monitor daily extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes for customers.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide troubleshooting and support via case or phone according to service level standards.
• Collaborate with internal partners and customers to resolve complex system issues.
• Write custom SQL queries to analyze data discrepancies and optimize performance.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a technical support role.
• 4 years of experience writing queries in SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• 2 years of experience with Azure or similar cloud technologies.
• Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud or AML compliance within a financial institution.
• Experience working with bank or financial data relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with network troubleshooting.
