What you will do

• Act as the final escalation point for the support team, deep-diving into complex codebases and distributed systems to resolve intricate issues.
• Partner with Software Engineering and Product teams to advocate for architectural improvements and influence the technical roadmap.
• Architect and build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to automate support workflows and monitor API health.
• Lead critical incident management and conduct post-incident root cause analyses (RCAs) for enterprise partners.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Technical Support Engineers to elevate the team's overall diagnostic capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical client-facing support, solutions engineering, or backend development within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or blockchain.
• Deep architectural understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for retrieving and analyzing data across massive internal databases.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging code in Python, Javascript/Typescript, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLM APIs to automate root-cause analysis and streamline workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific benefit offerings).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Background in high-frequency trading or highly regulated financial industries.
• Knowledge of blockchains, cryptography, and digital asset market structure.
• Experience debugging FIX protocol messages and managing connectivity to trading engines.
