What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead marketing efforts to grow magazine subscriptions and digital readership.
• Create written and visual content for social media, web pages, and newsletters.
• Conduct market research and reader surveys to refine strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide marketing support for tradeshows, conferences, and outreach events.
• Translate complex technical and policy information into compelling narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
• 6-10 years of experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, and public affairs.
• Demonstrated track record in growing subscriptions or readership via social media campaigns.
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
• Federal environment experience preferred.
