Compensation: $55,200–$126,000 (annualized USD)

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain marketing, dissemination, and training plans.
• Develop instructional documentation, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs.
• Implement user engagement strategies to increase the program user base.
• Conduct webinars, training sessions, and provide ongoing user support.
• Promote programs at conferences and exhibits.
• Develop survey questions to gather user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional and training engagements.
• Experience developing written and video training materials.
• Knowledge of NIH and CMS policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with PRA/OMB clearance processes.
• Knowledge of data repositories and FAIR data sharing.
• Experience with Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and Data Use Agreements (DUA).
• Master's degree.
