What you will do

• Act as a strategic communications partner for beats including Sustainability/ESG, Community Affairs, Legal, and IT.
• Lead the execution of integrated communication strategies, including the Sustainability Report and Fuller Impact initiatives.
• Plan and execute enterprise-level engagement events such as Sustainability Week, Leadership Forums, and CEO Huddles.
• Develop high-quality, engaging content for both internal and external global platforms.
• Utilize analytics to measure content performance and optimize storytelling and planning.
• Create toolkits and templates to ensure consistency in branding and tone across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in St. Paul, Minnesota for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-level communications or stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience in budget management and strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related communications field.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, German, or Portuguese.
• Experience working with global initiatives across multiple regions and cultures.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
