What you will do

• Lead the development of strategic components of commercial solutions for clients and prospects.
• Participate in client scoping calls to determine objectives, constraints, and success criteria.
• Develop high-quality, client-ready proposal content and strategic narratives using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Conduct and synthesize market assessments and competitive analyses to inform solution design.
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations and Finance to align recommendations with financial budgets.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and value articulation across proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (concentration in business, life sciences, or marketing preferred).
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare consulting, or commercial operations.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and the product commercialization lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 5-10% to facilities and industry events.
