Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the technology investment banking team on business development and transaction execution.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including company valuation, projections, and peer benchmarking.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and information memos.
• Coordinate and execute due diligence processes for various advisory services.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on strategic assignments and participate in internal recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• 1 to 18 months of experience in Sell-Side M&A.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work long hours, nights, and weekends as required.
• Must obtain FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses upon hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
