Senior Video & Motion Producer (AI)

Location: In-Office in Austin, Texas or New York, New York

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 (estimated annual for New York based hires)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end developer video production from concept and scripting to delivery across platforms like YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and X.
• Create product launch videos and motion graphics, including UI demos and brand moments using After Effects.
• Edit event content from Developer Week and other corporate events into shareable social clips.
• Produce organic and paid short-form social content, iterating based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
• Develop AI-assisted production workflows and templates to scale high-volume quality delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in video production or motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience producing content specifically for technical audiences (developers and engineers).
• Expertise in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scripting, production, and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Austin, TX or New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience shooting and directing live-action interviews and studio content.
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, OpusClip, or CapCut.
• Ability to build reusable motion design systems, brand motion libraries, or animation templates.
