Salary: $180,000–$270,000

What you will do

• Design and write resilient, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
• Lead team projects by breaking down features into parallelizable tasks and providing delivery estimates.
• Set technical standards for security, reliability, and quality while resolving technical debt.
• Partner with product managers and designers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped features.
• Mentor other developers through code reviews and retrospectives.
• Articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven experience as a fullstack generalist working across frontend and backend services.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant software using cloud infrastructure.
• Strong ability to lead projects and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Must be able to work from the Seattle office at least 50% of the time.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
