What you will do

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair services by answering complex support requests.
• Analyze root causes of technical deviations and design sustainable solutions.
• Monitor repair processes, report performance gaps, and advise on improvements.
• Coach and support retailer staff to prevent future technical issues.
• Document complex technical cases for the central organization.
• Maintain and improve relationships with retailers and customers.

Requirements

• Certified 'Master Technician' status or equivalent.
• Proven electrical diagnosis skills and experience.
• Ability to investigate and diagnose complex vehicle systems remotely or hands-on.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
