What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services powering the Transport App.
• Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Own end-to-end software delivery from problem definition through production release.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to the team.
• Support on-call operations and drive initiatives to reduce the operational burden.
• Design and implement agentic SDLC workflows to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on designing and building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language.
• Extensive experience with backend systems, including databases, caching, NoSQL, and application servers.
