What you will do

• Design, develop, and scale backend services in Golang to power onboarding and KYC workflows across multiple geographies.
• Build scalable, service-oriented systems using modern cloud infrastructure and industry best practices.
• Drive improvements to onboarding and MTU conversion funnels using data-informed solutions.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate technical vision into quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead cross-cutting design reviews to ensure security, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
• Proven track record designing distributed systems with cloud-native tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Golang or a similar statically-typed language.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)
