Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 USD per annum

What you will do

• Execute the company's advocacy strategy and manage sustainable relationships with patient organizations, caregivers, and key opinion leaders.
• Serve as the internal voice of patients and caregivers in clinical development, regulatory submissions, and access strategies.
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Affairs teams to embed patient insights into program design.
• Support initiatives to gather real-world insights via advisory boards and surveys to improve clinical trial accessibility and diversity.
• Ensure all advocacy and patient-facing activities comply with legal and regulatory frameworks, including FDA, PhRMA, and EFPIA guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree like MPH, MSW, PharmD, or MBA preferred).
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in patient advocacy, public affairs, or medical affairs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health conditions and the landscape of advocacy organizations.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with patient and caregiver groups ethically.
• Must have employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not provided.
