Salary: $139,000 - $200,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of hirify.global’s corporate communications strategy and brand narrative.
• Support executive communications, including developing talking points, keynote scripts, and media training for leaders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and analysts to drive positive brand sentiment.
• Develop and maintain crisis communications plans, messaging frameworks, and escalation protocols.
• Manage external PR agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications (including External, Executive, and Crisis).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven experience building trust with C-suite executive teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
