What you will do

• Provide advanced functional and technical support for Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex system issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Configure and optimize Ariba modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to manage integrations and data flows.
• Support release management, regression testing, and system upgrades.
• Mentor support engineers and drive process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP Ariba experience with strong functional and configuration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP) and Downstream (Buying & Invoicing).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT Service Management principles (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as CI-9, APIs, and middleware.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• SAP Ariba or SAP certifications.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
