What you will do

• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Establish reference architectures for cloud, SaaS, and UCaaS platforms using zero-trust and identity-first models (IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Design, configure, and validate security controls across network, endpoint, cloud, application, and data domains.
• Manage and contain cybersecurity incidents, including active investigation and post-incident improvement.
• Partner with executives, IT, and third-party vendors to embed effective security practices.
• Sponsor cybersecurity awareness and monitor emerging AI-enabled security threats and attack methods.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including significant enterprise architecture or security engineering responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and COBIT.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, SaaS security, IAM, endpoint security, and enterprise SIEM tools.
• Experience partnering with executives, technology teams, and third-party service providers in a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field preferred.
