Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee security logistics and physical security operations for NBCU News personnel and spaces.
• Plan and execute security for remote operations, including assessing needs and securing appropriate vendors.
• Coordinate responses to dynamic and large-scale news stories, supporting a follow-the-sun model.
• Develop security guidelines and facilitate training requirements for News employees.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and the Global Response & Intelligence Center (GRIC) to track deployments and report incidents.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and invoice processing for security action plans.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in media/news security, corporate security, military, or law enforcement.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in budget management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in deployment planning, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies and travel on short notice.
• Must be based full-time at the designated worksite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with the U.S.-Mexico border or other hostile/high-risk environments.
• HEFAT (Hostile Environment and First Aid Training) certification.
• Experience working with high-profile talent or senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree.
