What you will do

• Develop and scale developer programs including hackathons, Developer Days, and technical workshops.
• Coordinate developer-focused initiatives across Corporate Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to ensure alignment.
• Build relationships with external community partners, universities, and technical influencers.
• Shape technical content, including tutorials, demonstrations, and developer learning journeys.
• Establish repeatable program playbooks and operating processes for global scalability.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the reach and impact of developer initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in developer relations, technical community building, or ecosystem marketing.
• Proven track record of managing technical events like hackathons and build challenges.
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across a distributed organization.
• Must be based in or able to work within the Eastern time zone of the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub and developer portals.
