What you will do

• Qualify customer requirements and prepare them for core product implementation.
• Deliver high-standard software training via digital communication platforms.
• Communicate company procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Drive customer projects forward to meet specific objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
• Proven customer service experience with a passion for premium CX.
• Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of technology.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a history of working towards targets.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in the hotel industry (admin roles or digital marketing).
• Previous experience working within a SaaS company.
