Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop strategic playbooks for community interaction, defining when to engage or remain silent.
• Grow and manage dedicated subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across all organic channels.
• Track and measure key performance indicators such as sentiment, share of voice, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of the specified US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate language.
• Proven ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human and authentic.
