What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for tracking, platform integrations, and ad operations infrastructure.
• Own the implementation and governance of tags, pixels, UTMs, and conversion frameworks across paid media channels.
• Lead the migration from Ensighten to Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side GTM (sGTM).
• Manage integrations between media platforms, analytics tools, and internal systems using APIs and server-to-server connections.
• Define and maintain ad operations governance, including campaign setup standards and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with Web, Data, Analytics, and Engineering teams to influence martech investment decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in ad tech, ad operations, and tagging using GTM or equivalent systems.
• Working knowledge of server-side GTM (sGTM) architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of measurement principles for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and GMP (DV360, CM360, SA360).
• Experience with mobile app attribution tools such as Appsflyer.
• Ability to read and write JavaScript for data layer debugging and tag configuration.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK
