Proposal Integrator (Aeronautics Sustainment)

Proposal Integrator (Aeronautics Sustainment): Coordinating the entire spectrum of proposal activities for Aeronautics Sustainment Operations to support business capture and contract awards with an accent on proposal accuracy and resource demand. Focus on developing proposal metrics, managing BOEs, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and statements of work.

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, Texas). Must be a US Citizen to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you will do

• Support business capture through the campaign, proposal, and contract award process for the Integrated Fighter Group.
• Ensure the accuracy of proposed efforts and the resulting demands on sustainment resources.
• Develop proposal metrics and databases of past efforts to estimate future business.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Estimating & Pricing, and Program Management teams to ensure compliance with statements of work.
• Submit high-quality Sustainment Operations proposal inputs within established deadlines.
• Deliver recurring status and metrics reporting on proposal activity to Sustainment leadership.

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management skillset.
• Knowledge of sustainment core competencies such as Supply Operations, Logistics, Field Operations, and Sustainment Engineering.
• Experience with proposal process requirements including RFP, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and technical documents.
• US Citizenship is required for government security clearance (Secret).
• Ability to foster partnerships across multiple functions and stakeholders to yield results.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of professional experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Defense contracting methods and experience in the aviation industry.
• Prior experience in proposal management.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with F-16 and/or F-22 aircraft.
