What you will do

• Define visual design direction for new Link products across mobile and web from the ground up.
• Lead design exploration for early-stage, pre-roadmap opportunities from concept to launch.
• Build new visual languages, component patterns, and design systems for nascent products.
• Partner with brand designers to evolve Link's visual identity into new categories.
• Shape early product strategy by making abstract opportunities tangible through rapid prototyping.
• Represent the design vision in senior reviews and establish the creative bar for new product areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong visual and mobile design foundation.
• Portfolio demonstrating 0-1 work and products taken from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to create cohesive, distinctive visual systems from scratch.
• Deep fluency in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Experience working in high-ambiguity environments, framing problems before solving them.

• Ability to design and prototype using code.
• Experience advocating for a larger design vision with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to balance flexibility, power, and ease of use when solving complex problems.
