Software Engineer - Computer Vision (AI)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; onsite five days per week

Annual pay range: $180,000–$300,000 USD

What you will do

• Write clean, modular C++ code for computer vision systems.
• Develop traditional computer vision algorithms and data structures.
• Train deep learning networks with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar frameworks.
• Build analytics for people and vehicle detection, license plate recognition, facial recognition, and object activity.
• Implement vision models for real-time and edge deployment across millions of cameras.
• Work in an agile software development environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, preferably with research experience.
• 1–3 years of industry software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of work or research experience with current neural network frameworks.
• Mastery of at least one practical programming language, with C++ experience required for the role.
• Experience working in an agile team software development environment.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo.
