Location: Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA (USA) or Ontario (Canada)

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit such as Growth, Product, AI, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define business questions and hypotheses to inform critical decision-making processes.
• Develop metrics, build reports, and design experiments to drive key performance indicators.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives from insight generation to final outcome.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical proficiency with SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
• Proven ability to independently structure, pull, and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must be a full-time salaried employee residing in the approved US states or Ontario, Canada.
