Global COO (Professional Services & Software): Setting and executing the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for the company’s Professional Services and Software business with an accent on P&L performance, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth across global markets. Focus on designing governance structures, managing CEO-level expectations for major programs, and driving operational excellence in regulated life science environments.

Location: Hybrid (York, PA). The majority of time during the first 12 months will be spent onsite at the York, PA site, with global travel required.

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Establish the overall global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for the Professional Services and Software business.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including the approval of pricing strategies, utilization models, and resource plans.
• Define and maintain global governance structures, decision-making authority, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
• Build long-term strategic client relationships and manage CEO-level communications and escalations for major accounts.
• Provide executive oversight for global program and portfolio execution, ensuring delivery quality and regulatory compliance.
• Define market positioning and the roadmap for Professional Services & Software offerings to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in York, PA for the majority of the first 12 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.
• Proven track record of leading global service organizations with direct P&L responsibility.
• Strong expertise in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and managing complex, multi-region programs.
• Ability to travel frequently, including international travel.
