What you will do

• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and calibrations for laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate technical interventions with internal staff, suppliers, and external contractors.
• Ensure proper operation of instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and testing equipment.
• Analyze complex incidents to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Drive technical improvements and modernization projects to increase equipment availability.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs to identify and implement optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or instrumentation in complex technological environments.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipment.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform occasional business travel.
