What you will do

• Establish and maintain supplier quality agreements and contracts to define clear expectations and ensure compliance.
• Conduct supplier quality system audits to verify adherence and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review, approve, and monitor supplier control plans, production plans, and inspection documentation.
• Lead investigations into supplier quality issues and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys.
• Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SQE, preferably in semiconductors, vacuum process components, or instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including precision machining, welding, and surface finishing.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Zaragoza, Spain.
