What you will do

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, configuration, and integrations.
• Translate technology and operations requirements into functional specifications with a focus on automation.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Platform and Performance Analytics.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process workflows.
• Support the technical design and implementation of platform enhancements and integrations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other technical team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, and Request Management, and ITOM.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CIS or CAD certifications.
• Experience with HRSD.
