What you will do
- Provide Level 3 support, including incident response, service requests, and problem management.
- Deploy and administer storage (CDOT and 7-Mode) and perform OS/firmware upgrades.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and manage Cluster and SAN Fabric switches.
- Support cloud and hybrid solutions such as CVO, StorageGrid, and Amazon FSxN for ONTAP.
- Act as a lead resource and escalation point for delivery teams, tracking project status.
- Deliver customer training through knowledge transfer and structured demonstrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of related experience (or 6+ with a Master's degree).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+) is required.
- Deep expertise in storage, storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel), and ONTAP.
- Experience with Cluster deployment, storage backup, and disaster-recovery testing.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, problem, and configuration management).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Cork, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Associate- or Professional-level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Trident, Trident Protect, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
- Experience with Linux system administration, VMware vSphere, and Cisco UCS.
- Understanding of monitoring platforms like Logic Monitor.
