Location: Must be based in Érd, Hungary (Hybrid model with up to 60% home office).

What you will do
- Create, maintain, and release standard FMEAs in collaboration with project teams.
- Ensure methodical correctness and consistency of FMEA documentation.
- Support multidisciplinary teams in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating product and process risks.
- Coach project teams on FMEA methodology and risk assessment.
- Manage FMEA documentation and track follow-up actions.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in mechanical or automotive engineering.
- At least 2 years of industrial experience in product quality.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- General MS software proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of APIS FMEA software.
- German language proficiency.
